Step 2 - Meet Us
If you like what you hear on our call, we like to meet our customers in person – it helps get our relationship off to a great start. We’ll come to your office, or if you’d like to see our operations and meet our teams, you can come to us (or if you prefer a Webinar or Skype call is fine too). At this meeting, we’ll discuss our solutions in more detail, how we’ll get your business set up and how we’ll support you in getting the most from your travel management spend.
Step 3 - Set-Up
We aim to keep the set-up process as straightforward as possible, and because you’ll have your own Customer Implementation Manager, they’ll do the hard work and guide you through the whole process. Set-up is when we get our people and systems ready to manage your business travel, but we’ll also use this time to review your current approach such as your travel policy, preferred suppliers and goals to make sure you’re set-up for success from day one. We’ll provide training on your new booking process as well as the tools you’ll use to manage business travel such as traveller tracking software and online reporting.
Step 4 - Launch
After we’ve helped you raise awareness of your new partnership with Good Travel Management and the benefits throughout your company, our service will go live. We’ll be on hand on the day and in the days and weeks after to make sure everything is going to plan and to help with any teething problems. Your people will have support by instant chat, email and phone and we can also arrange to be on site to support you in the first few days of using our service.
Step 5 - Monitor, Evaluate, and Improve
The first three months are vital to the success of your travel management programme. We’ll be monitoring performance closely to make sure we deliver on our promises, but we’ll also be monitoring your spend, buying habits and trends to identify what you’re doing well, what improvements we can make and how we can reduce your business travel costs. After your first three-month review, your Account Manager will continue to support you in achieving your goals by helping you implement strategies to reduce costs, enhance the booking process and improve traveller wellbeing. It’s important to remember, that not one size fits all, we’ll continually review your challenges, objectives and focus areas throughout our partnership to ensure continued success.
