Michelin-star chef Raymond Blanc has designed the all-new Business Premier Eurostar menu for Summer which champions seasonal, local and responsibly source ingredients.
Dependent on the time you choose to travel, the menu offering will vary from a choice of a croissant, granola, compressed watermelon or spinach and nutmeg frittata to start the day. If your route runs after 10.15am the option of a starter with either a cold, hot or light option and dessert will be available, with the addition of cheese and chutney on services running between 17.15pm and 22.00pm

Alongside the dishes which are crafted for the time of day, tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer and champagne will be available throughout the journey. Business Premier passengers receive complimentary food and drinks and can also enjoy cocktails and canapés at the recently reopened bars in the lounges in Paris and London.
