Offers full flexibility plus SkyPriority to ensure the customer a smooth and efficient experience at the airport.

Contracted and BlueBiz accounts will no longer receive 1 complimentary bag on KLM European flights for tickets issued after 01/04/2017
** SkyPriority offers customers a series of specialised in-airport services: Priority check-in, baggage drop-off, boarding and baggage handling, priority service at airport ticket offices and transfer desks, and where available priority lines at security and immigration.

17:30 Mon-Fri). This must be done at least 5 days before departure (the time necessary to process your request). Upgrades can only be applied on Published Fares with fares allowing changes.
It is possible to use Blue Credits to pay for ancillary products such as selecting a seat, choosing a meal, etc.

Yes, one full name change is authorised free of charge on tickets issued by Air France or KLM, and now in even more booking classes.
A traveller can earn Flying Blue Miles as well as the Bluebiz member earning Blue Credits.
