As part of the John Good Group, we are proud to share the publication of our 2024 Impact Report.
Now in its second year, the report highlights how we’ve advanced our three pillars – People, Planet, and Performance – throughout 2024:
- People: Recognising the colleagues and teams who make our culture thrive, with new investment in leadership development, wellbeing, volunteering, and support from the Matthew Good Foundation, which has now exceeded £1.5m in donations.
- Planet: Offering year-on-year carbon data for 2023 vs 2024, disclosing one-off capital emissions, and showcasing our new sustainable workplaces, including the Head Office and TEPS warehouse.
- Performance: Demonstrating growth across the Group while maintaining strong governance and family values as a sixth-generation business.
