Julie has dedicated an impressive 16 years to Good Travel Management, beginning as a consultant focused on reservations before growing into a managerial role and then being promoted to Operations Director. Her journey within the travel industry spans over 31 years, starting as an apprentice consultant at just 16 years old in Leeds. In her role, Julie collaborates with all reservation teams and the business support team, devoting considerable time to reviewing procedures and identifying efficiencies for the team. Julie has a keen eye for detail which helps our consultative and customer service standards remain exemplary.

Julie’s responsibilities extend beyond the internal workings of GTM; she works closely with various departments and strategic partners at CT Travel, who we recently merged with, to guarantee a seamless implementation and booking process for clients. Julie is committed to both clients and team members and is dedicated to the growth of Good Travel Management.

Fun Fact:

I love films, I once got tickets to a film premier after myself and a colleague booked the travel for the film. After the red carpet, I managed to find my way into the press room and the after party too. I also love F1 and have been to watch at both Silverstone and Abu Dhabi.
