Toni has dedicated around 17 years to the travel industry. Her career began as a Leisure Travel Apprentice leading her to transition into the corporate sector in 2010. Over the years she has accumulated expertise in Operations, Product Implementation and Support, Global Process Management, and most recently, Global Product Management, where she oversaw various online booking tools, including Atriis, Concur, and Cytric.
Toni’s day-to-day responsibilities vary significantly, highlighting her adaptability and problem-solving skills. Some days are filled with back-to-back meetings, while others focus on the intricate details of product configurations and testing. With substantial growth seen in GTM over the last year, Toni looks forward to collaborating with her colleagues across Operations and Commercial to see what progress they make over the coming years.
