At just 19 years old, Vicki joined Good Travel Management as a Trainee Business Travel Consultant. She’d previously been in a two-year college course in Travel and Tourism, so when she entered the business travel sector, she was somewhat unprepared, as her studies hadn’t covered this specific sector. However, her passion for the travel industry was present from a young age and led her to this career path. Over the past 25 years, Vicki has evolved alongside the industry, making her mark within GTM’s culture.
Her daily routine is filled with leadership responsibilities, as she looks after her team, addresses client issues, and organises team catch-ups and client meetings. Managing various team in boxes and workloads, her role is key in maintaining the seamless operation of the business. Vicki recognises the opportunities available for newcomers in GTM and the potential for growth within the industry.
