#1 Admin Support Consultant

Overview: To provide administrative support to Business Travel Consultants. The role will include invoicing, taking payments, and building hotel and ancillary segments in our reservation system. Communicating with teams to ensure client bookings are managed and accounted for accurately and efficiently.

Role Includes:

  • Work alongside Business Travel Consultants to provide an efficient and accurate service to all clients.
  • Load hotels, low-cost carriers and other ancillary services into the reservation system accurately and on a daily basis to ensure all booking records are up to date.
  • Have a full understanding of the accounting system used by Good Travel, and to ensure that invoices and credits are raised accurately and promptly. Oversee the automated Invoices and create new invoices.
  • Process card payments and refund requests.
  • Hotel payment queries.
  • Build and maintain Client Traveller Profiles.
  • Assist with internal accounts queries.
  • Monitor daily transaction reports and ensure all invoicing is accurate.
  • Assist with credit card reconciliation.

General Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literacy with a good working knowledge of a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Administration skills and highly organised nature with good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Personable, dynamic and act in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
  • Maths/English qualification grade C and above

  • With the solid business knowledge obtained through this role, there will be opportunities to progress within different areas of the business in the future including Reservations, Business Development, Account Management and Product Development.

#2 Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant?

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our award-winning team.

Business Travel Consultant required who is experienced in handling the travel arrangements for executive clients. The candidate must provide an efficient, proactive and consultative service and ensure the highest level of customer service is adhered to at all times.

The role will include –

  • Handling enquiries in an efficient, professional manner in accordance with service level agreements
  • Research and confirm all aspects of travel including, rail, transfers, flights, hotels and car parking
  • Research and offer advice on country entry requirements
  • Manage queries and amendment requests.

Experience in researching country restrictions and travel advice is preferred.

GDS experience is required.
